These are focused 30-minute coaching sessions designed for women who are ready to move from confusion into clarity, overwhelm into direction, and reaction into intentional action.

Because these sessions are intentionally brief and focused, clients are encouraged to book a package and use the sessions as consistent checkpoints for growth, accountability, and momentum.

When are Friday Clarity Sessions available?

Friday Clarity Sessions are offered exclusively on Fridays. Availability is limited and appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I schedule my sessions?

Once you purchase your package, you'll receive an email from Shelli with available Friday appointment times.

While you may schedule one session at a time, the best way to ensure you get the times that work best for you is to schedule all of your sessions when you receive your scheduling email.

Do I have to use my sessions every week?

No.

Life happens. You may have a vacation, a work trip, family obligations, or simply need more time between sessions.

The goal is progress, not pressure.

For example, a four-session package may take six weeks to complete, and that's perfectly fine. As long as your sessions are scheduled with Shelli, you can create a rhythm that works for your life.

What if I need to reschedule?

Shelli maintains a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If you need to change an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so the time can be offered to another client.

How will I know how many sessions I have left?

Don't worry about keeping count.

Shelli will track your sessions for you and will let you know when you're approaching your final session so you can decide whether you'd like additional support moving forward.

Are these therapy sessions?

No.

Friday Clarity Sessions are coaching sessions designed to help you gain clarity, identify obstacles, make decisions, strengthen boundaries, and move forward intentionally.

They are not psychotherapy, trauma processing, EMDR, crisis intervention, mental health treatment, or clinical counseling services.

What kinds of things can we work on during a Friday Clarity Session?

These sessions are ideal for:

  • Emotional sobriety

  • Life transitions

  • Personal growth

What if I'm currently in crisis or need trauma therapy?

Friday Clarity Sessions are not intended for crisis support, trauma processing, or mental health treatment.

If you are seeking therapy services, trauma-focused treatment, or support for a mental health crisis, please pursue appropriate clinical care in your area.

Do I have to have worked with Shelli before?

Not at all. While I am offering these sessions to former clients first, they will eventually be available to women who are new to my work as space allows.
